Do you know what? I was talking about that very event to someone here in Seattle just the other day...How funny is that?

Whatever happened to June? The last time I saw her I think she was smoking and driving a Cambus.

Cara

Last I knew June had become a Republican and was somewhere in Rochester, New York attending the SUNY there. I do know she's still alive and doesn't appear to be encarcerated (yet) because she wished me a happy birthday a few days ago. Very odd.

June

shush now. of course i'm still alive and kicking. and sorry to disappoint you, cara, but i have yet to be INcarcerated. oh boo hoo.

glad to know we all harbor such wonderful memories.

Addy

Well it was memorable, that's hard to deny, you know.

What's this about being a republican, June? tsk. I believe you once said that republicans who are other than white are harboring internalized racism issues. Perhaps that was me. I always got us mixed up... =)

Cara

*hangs head* I went to public school. INcarcerated, thank you.

Those were some interesting times. I remember that fateful day when I whisked June off the street in my dad's giant van (absent back seats, serial killer style) to Cedar Rapids because "the cops were getting too close." Ah, to be young and running from the law again.

Contrary to your belief, I'm glad they haven't caught up with you, June. Who knows what they'd do to an Indian dyke, even if she was a Republican.
